FF Drafter (ffdrafter.com and the app at app.ffdrafter.com) is a live draft room for fantasy football. This page explains, in plain English, what we collect and why.
What we collect
Your account. An email address is required to sign in (via emailed sign-in link or Google; a password is optional). FF Drafter shares its account system with our sister product FF Ranker — one account works on both.
Your leagues and drafts. Team names, seats, invited emails, draft settings, picks, and results. Signed-in drafts are backed up to the cloud so a browser crash can’t eat your draft night; deleting a draft in the app also deletes its cloud backup.
Feedback you send. The Send Feedback form stores your message along with mechanical context that helps us reproduce problems: the page you were on, browser and screen info, the app version, and — if sent from inside a draft — the draft id and a snapshot of its technical state. If you’re signed out, you can volunteer an email for a reply; it’s used for nothing else.
Aggregate draft data
Draft picks pooled across many users — which players go early, what mock drafters are doing this week — are the kind of numbers the fantasy ecosystem runs on (that's what ADP is). We may analyze, publish, or commercialize draft and mock-draft datain aggregate and stripped of identity. It describes what the crowd did, never who you are — your name, email, and account are never part of it.
Analytics & bug-fixing telemetry
Google Analytics gives us aggregate usage numbers — which pages get visited and how people find the site — so we know what to improve.
Sentry receives error reports when something in the app breaks. Reports are tied to your account id (not your email) so we can connect a crash to a bug report.
Microsoft Clarity records how sessions use the app (clicks, scrolls, pages) tagged with your account id, so we can watch a reported bug actually happen. These recordings are for product improvement only.
That’s the whole list. There are no advertising trackers, no analytics brokers, and no cross-site anything.
We send transactional email — sign-in links and league invites you ask us to send. We may occasionally email you about product updates and new features; every such email has an unsubscribe link, and opting out never affects sign-in email.
Where your data lives
We use a small number of processors to run the service: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Amazon Web Services (email delivery), Sentry (error monitoring), Microsoft Clarity (session replay), and Google Analytics (usage statistics). Each receives only what its job requires.
Cookies and local storage
Your sign-in session and draft data live in your browser so Local drafts work instantly. Google Analytics sets its standard measurement cookies. That's it — no advertising cookies, ever.
This is also why you won’t see a cookie banner here: everything above is first-party and exists to run or improve the product itself. There are no advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking to consent to. If that ever changes, this page — and the way we ask — will change first.
Deleting your data
Drafts and leagues can be deleted in the app, which removes their cloud copies. To delete your account entirely, send us a request via Send Feedback in the app’s Help menu and we’ll take care of it.
